It's a monument. All 77 characters are like Miao Zhuan and talisman. It was engraved when the descendants attached to the association of Xia Yu for flood control. The monument is at yunmi peak in Hengshan, Hunan Province. The inscriptions can be found in Kunming, Chengdu, Changsha, Shaoxing, Qixia mountain in Nanjing and the forest of Steles in Xi'an.
