The former site of Changchun post office is located in the southeast corner of Zhujiang crossing, Renmin Street, Changchun City. It was built in 1908 when the Manchurian Railway was attached to it, and then gradually expanded. The building is a two-story corner building with an entrance hall at the bottom of the corner, two groups of triangular walls supported by double columns at the top, and a cubic dome on the roof, which is very western style. It was renamed Xinjing central post office during puppet Manchu period, Changchun post office after restoration, and Changchun post office after liberation. In 1998, the roof was rebuilt and the gables and square domes were demolished. It is now the residence of Kuancheng Post Branch of Changchun City, and the former site is designated as a municipal cultural relics protection unit.
