Jilin Wula

"Jilin Wula" is a park with the theme of Songhua River history and culture. It was founded in 2009 and is located in Songjiang East Road, Jilin City, with dongtuan mountain on its back and adjacent to Songhua River. It is a comprehensive landscape functional Park constructed by the ingenious combination of natural elements such as mountains, water and islands with history and humanity. After four years of continuous construction and improvement, it has now developed into a four in one cultural theme park of "live performance, theme landscape, leisure and entertainment, and cultural catering".

Jilin Wula

Wula is a large-scale landscape lighting interpretation Park in Jilin City. Wula is a transliteration of Manchu language in China. According to the records of Jilin Tongzhi, "Jilin is called Yan, Wula is called Jiang." Wula in Jilin means Yanjiang. In addition, there is also the name of "Xiao Wu La", which is to distinguish it from "Da Wu La", that is, Wu La Jie Town, Longtan District, Jilin City (once Yongji County). In order to unify the appellation and writing method, in 1685 ad, Emperor Aixinjueluo Xuanye, the founder of the Qing Dynasty, ordered "Jilin as a general name". Since then, "Jilin" has become a legal title.

Jilin Wula

Jilin Wula is the old name of Jilin City. Manchu means "city along the river".

Jilin Wula (deduction Square) is a large-scale landscape lighting deduction park built by Jilin Municipal People's government and Beijing Olympic opening ceremony deduction team, with dongtuanshan as the background and Songhua River as the stage, through special effects lighting and professional actors to interpret the history of Jilin city's construction and development.

The park was built at the foot of dongtuan mountain, and the former Songhua island is now on Dongzhu island. The park covers an area of 150000 square meters. The ground was broken on March 29, 2009. The overall building will be officially completed on July 5, 2009, and the commissioning of large lighting equipment will be completed on July 15, 2009. There are 24 Cultural Landscapes in the park.

Wula's performance is performed in the evening on the weekend of new year's autumn every year. The performance is called "Songhua River · imprint". The performance is divided into five theme chapters: "water source of shanzong", "Songjiang Haozi", "wooden city of shipyard", "East tour of KangQian" and "happy song of Wula". It restores the scene of Emperor Qianlong's inspection of Wula in the form of traditional dance. "Jilin Wula" officially opened in mid October 2009, and now has successfully held seven performances!
