SRA River

Located in Leping Township and Qibo Township in the northwest of Pingba County, Sila river is 37 km away from Pingba County, 79 km away from Anshun City and 89 km away from Guiyang City, bordering Zhijin County in Bijie Prefecture.

In 2000, Yinzidu hydropower station with an installed capacity of 360000kw was built in the Gezi River Valley at the north end of the Sila river. As one of the main power stations of West to East power transmission, a dam with a height of 130m, a width of 1km and a reservoir length of 27km was built, forming a gaoxiaping lake with an area of 17.9km2 and a reservoir capacity of 500million cubic meters.
