Donghai Road Sculpture Park

The scenic spot is a new tourist attraction built by Qingdao municipal government in 1998 with an investment of 200 million yuan on the eastern seashore. It is the largest and highest crystal Environmental Art Corridor in China. There are 11 parks and 48 groups of sculptures on Donghai Road. The "between heaven and earth" and "century corridor" we saw just now are No.1 Park, also known as Haitao park. Each sculpture has its representativeness and symbolic meaning, such as "between heaven and earth", representing hands and feet, symbolizing power.

All the sculptures are based on Chinese civilization, with strong marine culture, Chinese history and Qilu culture as materials, and are widely designed and produced by artists and designers from domestic famous art colleges and design units. The landscape belt is a harmonious unity of human geography, urban planning, environmental art, garden art, history and culture. For example, the modern style of bus shelters, leisure chairs, colorful corridors, pavilions and waterside pavilions, as well as different styles of buildings and gardens complement each other. It can be said that every step is a scene, and every eye is painted. It's a wonderful artistic enjoyment to visit here.

Admission information: admission is not accepted in the park. The entrance fee of sculpture art museum is 10 yuan, half price for primary and middle school students and the elderly.
