A Japanese style building. Six of the top 10 marshals of new China (Xu Qianqian, Luo Ronghuan, Peng Dehuai, Liu Bocheng, he long, Ye Jianying) stayed here one after another, so they were called "Marshal building", and he Zizhen also stayed here. It is not open to the outside world.

Marshal building

Marshal building is located at 17 Shanhaiguan road. It is a Japanese style building. In front of the building, there is a beautiful big garden with rockery and small lake.

brief introduction

The shadow of bamboo and the green trees are set against each other. Six of the top 10 marshals of new China (Xu Qianqian, Luo Ronghuan, Peng Dehuai, Liu Bocheng, he long, Ye Jianying) stayed here one after another, so they were called "Marshal building", and he Zizhen also stayed here. Shortly after the liberation of Qingdao in 1949, Xu Xiangqian was arranged to come to Qingdao for recuperation due to his poor health and lived in the building for more than a month. From July to September 1951, Luo Ronghuan lived here. He studied in Qingdao University, and this time he revisited the building. After Luo Ronghuan, Marshal he long lived here again. After the victory of the war of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea and signing the armistice agreement, marshal Peng Dehuai came here from April to June 1954 In 1955, marshal Liu Bocheng also came here to train himself. In 1979, Ye Jianying also lived in this building when she came to Qingdao for the second time. In addition, he Zizhen came to Qingdao for recuperation in summer for many years in the 1960s and lived in Marshal building. Jiang Qing and he Zizhen came to Qingdao at the same time one summer. They stayed only 100 meters away, but they never came to and fro. In 1988, Jiang Zemin, then Secretary of the Shanghai municipal Party committee, also lived in this building when he came to Qingdao.

This scenic spot is not open to the public. People from Zhouzhou can enjoy its beautiful charm from a distant view outside the courtyard wall. There is a beautiful garden in front of the building. Although the garden is not big, it has rockery and small lake. The bamboo shadow is dancing and the trees are shady. There are three apartments in the building. It is particularly worth mentioning that there is a cherry tree on the wall of one of the Japanese style apartments. According to Japanese research, it is at least thousands of years old. Many people joked that if guests stay in this room for one night, they will live longer.
