In Mao Zedong's farewell to Leighton Stuart, the former residence of Leighton Stuart. It's a three story East building. Surrounded by stone walls and fences. After liberation, it was nationalized. As the Qingdao rest home of the Ministry of culture, many famous people came here to rest. Liu Jingwen, Xu Beihong's wife, once took a holiday here. Now it's a Kindergarten under the Civil Affairs Bureau.
