General Gu

General Gu enters neiershui. In the south of the deep stream, you can see a majestic ancient general wearing a gold helmet, gold armor, head high, which is called "general Gu".

The mountain peak under the general's seat is commonly known as "Taishi chair" by local people. Looking from the southeast to the west, it really looks like a big chair on the top of a mountain. However, most visitors enter neijiushui gorge from the West and see the bronze peaks. In 1957, marshal Zhu De and then Minister of public security Luo Ruiqing toured Laoshan. As soon as they entered "ershui", they were attracted by this spectacle. When the accompanying personnel told him to call it "Taishi chair", he shook his head and laughed heartily: "where is the chair? It is clear that it is an ancient general!" it is strange to say that the mountain seems to be alive and looks more and more like it A proud and upright general. Since then, this big stone peak has a new name - "general Gu".
