Seven Star Plaza is located in the north of Jincheng City, covering a total area of 41540 square meters. The hardened area is 17635 square meters, the sidewalk area is 6960 square meters, the total greening area is 17345 square meters, the lawn area is 16945 square meters, and the small forest area is 12000 square meters. It was completed and put into use in December 2000.

The nature of the Seven Star Plaza is: to organize urban traffic, create a portal landscape, which is conducive to residents' leisure and activities. The square area covers an area of 34580 square meters, including 17635 square meters of hardened area and 16945 square meters of green area. The square is divided into five areas according to the terrain and traffic. Area I of the square is 16637 square meters, including 7975 square meters of hardened area and 8662 square meters of green area. There is a pool at the source of Northeast China, and a water truck is set in the pool. The canal passes through the grass slope and combines with the path and steps to form a number of water drops and culverts. The grass slope and the pavement combine to form a 2.0 main high waterfall. A pool is formed in the center of the square, and a sculpture is set in the center, 10.6 meters high, symbolizing peace and friendship. Square II, III, IV, V area is mainly green street green space, covering an area of 16394 square meters. In the reconstruction project of Beihuan street and Xiaozhuang road in qixingkou square construction area, the greening design of the square reflects the garden style of three seasons with flowers, four seasons with wind and green, lawn as the main, and the combination of arbor and shrub. There are 29807 trees and shrubs. The main tree species are: Pinus tabulaeformis, Salix Mantou, Pinus bungeana, juniper; shrubs: Euonymus japonicus, Ligustrum lucidum, Berberis rubra; hedgerow: juniper.
