Xi'an contemporary art museum is located on the second floor of Mandi Art Square, 200m west of the west gate of Tang Furong garden, covering an area of 2000 square meters. It is the first state-owned non-profit art promotion platform in the West. In the context of cultural globalization, we are committed to building a place for equal dialogue and exchange between Shaanxi art circles and the whole country and even the world; we will introduce excellent artists, art works and art exchange activities, establish an open and inclusive cooperation mode, and create an international and diversified art ecological environment.

On June 28, 2014, Xi'an contemporary art museum made a high-profile appearance with an opening exhibition "switch", adding a new art museum to this inland city. The exhibition is sponsored by Shaanxi Cultural Industry Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Xi'an Academy of fine arts, Shaanxi calligraphy and painting art trading center, and co sponsored by Shaanxi Cultural Property Exchange and Shaanxi Mandi Real Estate Co., Ltd. This 2000 square meter contemporary art promotion platform will also form a tripartite confrontation with OCAT Xi'an Museum and Xi'an Art Museum, which are not far away from it, to help the spread and development of contemporary art.
