Meili historical and cultural museum is the first public welfare Museum invested by the township government in Jiangsu Province. Since the end of 2006, Meili town has restored the roof of "Ai RI Jing Lu" according to the original style, used the original wood components, and made good anti-corrosion treatment. For the damaged art components, such as the bucket arch, they are completely supplemented according to the original form and materials. It was officially opened to the outside world on September 25, 2008. After completion, the Meili historical and cultural museum is divided into "general history hall", "revolutionary struggle history hall" and "cultural relics hall". The first floor is the East and west "general history hall", in which the excavation site of beiluodun Maqiao cultural site, the famous "Eighteen scenes of Meili" model, the origin of Meili Town, and the historical materials of Meili scholars are arranged. Through a series of precious and valuable objects and photos, the profound and long cultural history of Meili is fully reflected Inside information. On the second floor, there are the "revolutionary struggle history hall" and the "cultural relics hall" respectively. In the "revolutionary struggle history hall", there are memorials rebuilt by the Changshu county Party committee of the Communist Party of China, stories and photos of the famous three anti Japanese heroes Li Jianshu, Xue Huimin, Ren Tianshi and a large number of revolutionary martyrs.
