Shen you was a businessman who was engaged in grain, silk, medicinal materials, etc. he knew the way of business. He took "honesty" as the foundation and "Dacheng" as the way of doing business, so he named it "Dacheng hall". Dachengtang is actually a drugstore. Now it's restored to its original form. Everything in the store is antique. Everything from the counter to the medicine fight is the same as before. You can feel a strong flavor of authentic medicine when you are in the hall.
