Wuyachang is a street in the southeast of Suzhou City, located in Fengmen.

Wuyachang is located in Fengmen in the South East of Suzhou city. It starts from Baibu bridge in the north of Zhuanqiao in the East and ends at Xiatang of Daicheng bridge in the West. The lane is 384 meters long and 3-4 meters wide. In 1983, the stone pavement was changed to cement hexagonal pavement.
Place name allusion
In Ming Dynasty, Wu's family lived here, so it was named. In 1966, it was renamed fengshouchang. The old Panjia ancestral hall, shuangjiefang (No. 24), Jiangjia ancestral hall (No. 35) and Songjia ancestral hall (No. 36) in the lane do not exist. No. 27 is Yangong hall. In 1952, the bank school was set up (the school gate is in Shengjiadai). Since the 1960s, it has been transformed into Suzhou guest house, Fengmen guest house of the municipal government and Dongwu hotel. A new bridge was built at the gate, which connects Shiquan Street and is named Wu Ya bridge. No. 37 is the site of Wu Zhijia's former residence, with a red bean tree. It is now an ancient building for control and protection.
