Feilong Lake Resort is located in Libu Town, Cangwu County, 60 kilometers away from the urban area. The scenic spot is in the reservoir area of Shuangdao power station. The water surface area of the reservoir area is more than 500 hectares, with a storage capacity of 214 million cubic meters.

Feilong Lake tourist resort is located two kilometers upstream of Taiping River in Fengyi village, Libu Town, Cangwu County, Guangxi. It is 13 kilometers away from the intersection of national highway 207, 60 kilometers away from Wuzhou City and 75 kilometers away from Cangwu county. It is composed of Feilong Lake area, many islands, mountains, rivers, forests and springs, a large number of waterfalls, and unique minority villages. It is named after the ancient legend of Dragon God of the local Yao people.

Feilong lake is surrounded by mountains, dense forests and lush; the water is bright and clear, just like a mirror inlaid in the green mountains of Cuiling; the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains, and the quiet natural beauty give people a relaxed and happy feeling. The most spectacular part of Feilong lake is the cascade waterfall group of Huangdian. The waterfalls, which are more than 300 meters high, fall straight down the hillside of the three mountains, namely the emperor's palace, digyin and Shigui, forming more than ten waterfalls. The whole waterfall group stretches for two kilometers, with the highest waterfall falling nearly 20 meters. In the waterfall area, with jagged rocks and high trees, it is an all-round and multi angle forest spring scenic spot. In addition, there are a large number of wonderful entertainment projects for tourists to enjoy and participate in in xiannvtan water recreation area and Feilong lake water recreation area. Every year, King Pan Festival, also known as King Pan Jiao, holds large-scale festival activities, from which tourists can appreciate the mysterious and fascinating connotation of national culture.
