Huilai seaside resort is located in the seaside area from Huajia Village to Xidong village, Shenquan Town, Huilai County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, with a planning area of 2000 mu and a total beach length of 3 km. The resort is close to the mountains and faces the sea. The beach is broad and boundless. The sand is white and delicate, and the waves are moderate and gentle. It is one of the high-quality natural bathing beaches in eastern Guangdong and one of the three regional viewing spots of "mirage" landscape in China.

In 2013, it was rated as a national AAA scenic spot.

Huilai seaside resort faces the vast South China Sea. The 3000 meter long beach is characterized by soft sand, clear water and gentle beach, fresh air and elegant environment. The planning area of the resort is 2000 mu, including 680 mu of land area, 320 mu of beach area and 1000 mu of sea area. The resort consists of six functional areas: Hotel, restaurant and business club will be built in the central reception area; beach and yacht will be built in the sports area; fishing center, camping camp and trestle will be built in the seaside leisure area; seafood city will be built in the marine food area; in addition, ancient fort sightseeing area and administrative office area will be built.
