Bingxin Park

Bingxin Park

Located in the center of Changle District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, Bingxin park is a center for propaganda and research of Bingxin, a center for foreign literature exchange and a base for patriotism education.

Bingxin Park, formerly known as love Park, covers an area of about 4.3 hectares (64 mu). It used to be the Taiping port of "Hangcheng" during Zheng He's voyages to the West in the Ming Dynasty. Later, it became a fertile field. In 1996, it was rebuilt as "Love Park". Because the main part of the park is Bingxin Literature Museum, it was renamed "Bingxin Park" in 2007.

The park is planted with green "Manila" grass and hundreds of exotic flowers and trees. A bend of lake water is placed in the center of the park like the ancient "big pole" pattern. In the blue "Manila" grass, one corridor after another is paved with colored steel bricks, which has the artistic conception of winding path. There are lamp posts and stone chairs and tables on both sides of the corridor. At the end of the corridor, there is an antique stone arch bridge across the lake.
