Quyang stone carving has a long history, exquisite skills, famous works. Many of the rare treasures such as Yungang Grottoes, Longmen statues, Shunling stone lions and Dazu stone carvings are made by Quyang artists. The Great Hall of the people in Beijing, the monument to the people's heroes, Chairman Mao's memorial hall, the international playground and the monument to Tianjin's Luan river diversion are all full of the hard work of Quyang stone carving artists. In the Qing Dynasty, Quyang had the reputation of "Quyang stone carving is known in the world". At present, there are hundreds of carving factories in Oriental carving City, such as carving art palace, Lu Jinqiao carving factory, etc
