It is located on the West hillside of Sanjiazi, liyingjiangwobao village, fangjiatun Town, Kangping County, 22 kilometers southwest of the county.

It is located on the West hillside of Sanjiazi, liyingjiangwobao village, fangjiatun Town, Kangping County, 22 kilometers southwest of the county. Each side is about 300 meters long. At present, the west wall of the city is well preserved, 80 meters in the west section of the south wall and 70 meters in the west section of the north wall. The eastern section of the North-South wall and the eastern wall were destroyed, and only uplifted Tuling was seen. The existing city walls are 2-3 meters high, 12 meters wide at the base and 1.5 meters wide at the top. The rammed earth layer of the city wall is clear, and each layer is 10 cm thick. It is called "banla city" locally. The collected specimens include fragments of board tiles, tube tiles, pots, urns, bowls and vats, as well as the unearthed bronze mirrors of the twelve zodiac animals in the shape of water chestnut, all of which are relics of the Liao and Jin Dynasties. In October 1980, the county people's government announced it as a key cultural relics protection unit.
