Yinlong ancient village is located in Maling Town, Lipu County, 85 kilometers away from Guilin city and 500 meters away from 321 national highway. It is a well preserved ancient village residence in Guangxi. Yinyan scenic resort and a strip of water, lips and teeth. In 2005, it was rated as Guangxi agricultural tourism demonstration site.

Basic introduction

Yinlong ancient village, formerly known as xiaoqingshan village, is located several kilometers northeast of Maling Town, Lipu County. It was built in the late Southern Song Dynasty. It is said that in 1053, Emperor Renzong of the Song Dynasty led a rebellion in Nanping. After Yang Wenguang, the vanguard of the rebellion, he set up his camp in Maling town. It is said that this was the beginning of the village. There are Deng, long and Li families in the village. There is a small green hill in the ancient village. The original name of Yinlong ancient village is "small green hill village". "Wishing Pavilion", cliff stone carving and "Dragon Cave" on xiaoqingshan. The ancient village has been well preserved, including an ancient temple, an ancient building gate, an ancient lane, a beacon tower, and an ancient tomb of Chen Jia, a hero who fought against France.

In the village, there are statues and old houses of General Chen Jia, a hero who fought against France in the Qing Dynasty. "Wukui" written on the plaque on the old house is a praise to General Chen Jia.

Development history

There are eight existing Ming and Qing Dynasty buildings in the ancient village, which are all traditional courtyard buildings with tall buildings and row upon row. The courtyard has a stone base, green brick walls to the top, gray tiles, three Bay wood structure, carved window lattice, and green stone inlaid patio, which is smooth, neat, simple and elegant. The small and medium-sized lanes in the ancient village are paved with bluestone slabs and edged with rubble and pebbles. They are clean, tidy and quiet. There are 12 tunnels in the village, each of which is equipped with a gate, including Siwen gate, Chongwu gate, benevolent gate, Dexin gate, Laoxin gate, Anding gate, Yiren gate, Jixiang gate, Yiqing gate, Zhongxing gate, guanai gate, etc., forming a system of attack and defense.

The stone tablet of village rules and regulations set up in front of Anding gate of ancient village, which was set up in 1810, is the village's restriction on Villagers' conduct. The right part is the contract about the ownership of forest, farmland and homestead of three people in Zhaikou village in the 10th year of Guangxu.
