Zhengbin fishing port, located in the south of Heping Island, zhengbinli, Zhongzheng District, Keelung City, belongs to the first type of fishing port.

It can berth more than 1000 ton ocean fishing boats. As an offshore trawl fishing base, the port was once a prosperous fishing port. Most of the vessels are more than 50 tons, mainly ocean trawlers and longline fishing boats, and the operation time is about 1 to 3 months. Trawling is the main business type of fishing vessels, with rod receiving net, longline fishing and gill net as the secondary. Most fishing grounds are in the East China Sea, Yellow Sea, South China Sea and Taiwan Strait. The catch is mainly hairtail, eel, shrimp, silver carp, qiugu, Huazhi, lock tube, lobster, crab and miscellaneous fish, with an annual output of about 30000 tons.
