"Zang Fang", commonly known as the temple, is a place for Buddhists to become monks and preach. Shouza Zang house is built in the Dai village. It is a building surrounded by Phoenix and bamboo, with banyan beard and distinctive national characteristics. It is the essence of Dai architecture and the art treasure house of Dai culture.

Introduction to scenic spots

Ruili, in Dai language, is called mengmao, which means "a green place covered by fog". It borders Myanmar on three sides. The Ruili River is like a glittering jade ribbon, and the Longchuan River is like a golden ribbon. From the East and west sides, it is wrapped with the emerald Ruili dam, which adds to its beauty.

Buddhist culture

Hundreds of years ago, mengmao area has become the political and economic center of the Dai people. The first city in Dehong area was built in mengmao Town, which is the location of the Tusi of mengmao in the past dynasties.

According to historical records in Dai language, it was once the capital of mengmao ancient country, and it is also said that it was the first place where mandarin ducks lived. Here, you can see the tranquility. The green bamboo path and banyan trees in the stockade make a beautiful oil painting scene.

Features of scenic spots

As one of the larger Buddhist temples in Ruili rural area, the hall is magnificent and beautiful with colorful decoration. The Tibetan temple is a typical dry column building, with a pagoda top on the ridge, a water splashing Pavilion beside the temple, and a fairy riding mandarin ducks. Whenever the Dai Festival comes, pilgrims and tourists come in an endless stream, which has a great influence on the Sino Burmese border. There is a corridor in the entrance, and a pair of Peacocks Fly on the door barrel. A tall statue of Sakyamuni sits cross legged on the Buddha's seat. It is graceful and dignified, with a kind face and five disciples standing beside it. On the top and four walls of the temple are painted mascots such as peacock, white elephant and unicorn, and on the beams are hung many colorful long flags, which are magnificent. Every water splashing Festival, open door Festival and other festivals, pilgrims come here to worship Buddha in an endless stream, many films and TV plays will be here as location shooting site.. It is also a good place for domestic and foreign guests to visit.
