Biwu Longtan

Biwu Longtan

It is located in Biwu village, Nanlu Township, Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, at the foot of Mogan mountain. It faces the famous Moganshan scenic spot, Tashan and strange stone corner. Located at the upper end of Longtan, there are three sections of pubbi waterfall, with a drop of five Zhang, which is quite spectacular.

Historical records

According to the records of Mt. Mogan, Biwu waterfall is located in Biwu village at the north foot of Mt. Mogan. The village is close to the mountain and the stream, and the wind covers the air. Entering the village, the sound of the spring is heard all the time. Across the village, along the stone path upward, there are several cliffs, facing each other in the air, forming a narrow lane in the middle, and streams leaping and pouring. At a turning point, the boulders staggered, the water flow was blocked, and the momentum was fierce. The path was taken out from the rock fissure cave, with a drop of 45 Zhang, forming a waterfall and flowing into Longtan. At the top of the waterfall, a stone is very flat, and people call it immortal stone. According to legend, it is the place where Han Zhongli and Han Xiangzi played chess. Today, the chess pattern on the stone surface is still vaguely discernible.

Self driving route to Longtan, Biwu, Deqing:

(1) Hangzhou to Deqing Biwu Longtan self driving route:

Take provincial highway 04 to Penggong, Yuhang, then turn to national highway 104, and go to Biwu village, Moganshan town via Deqing Sanqiao;

(2) Shanghai to Deqing Biwu Longtan self driving route:

A in the direction of Shanghai, Shanghai Hangzhou Expressway will transfer to Hangzhou Nanjing Expressway, and get off at the exit of Deqing Qiushan, then go along national highway 104 to Biwu village of Moganshan town via Deqing Sanqiao.

B. From driving on Huqingping highway to Huzhou, along national highway 104, through Daixi to Biwu village, Moganshan town;

(3) South Jiangsu direction:

On the Hangzhou Nanjing Expressway, at the exit of Deqing Qiushan, along the national highway 104, through Deqing Sanqiao to Biwu village, Moganshan town.

Bus route to Longtan, Biwu, Deqing:

Bus: take express to Wukang at Hangzhou north bus station, and then transfer to the scenic spot;

Take the express bus at Qiujiang Road, Hutai Road, Xinke station and other bus stations in Shanghai, and transfer to the bus at Deqing Wukang;
