Daluo forest scenic spot

It is located in the development zone of Daluo Town, a provincial port. It is 4km away from the town government, only 1km away from 219 and 218 boundary posts on the border between China and Myanmar, and only 3km away from Mengla, the fourth special zone of Myanmar. Therefore, the unique landscape of single tree forest has become a must for tourists and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Daluo town.

It is a stand-alone tree with a height of 28 meters. It is about 900 years old and covers an area of 120 square meters. It is a tropical and subtropical banyan. The numerous aerial roots in the middle of the trunk of the tree are intertwined with each other and coiled at the root. On the left and right sides of the main branches, there are 32 aerial roots of different sizes, which go down vertically and plunge into the soil, forming clumps of pillar roots connected with the roots, creating a forest scene with many trunks.

In order to protect and make full use of this natural scenic spot, a single tree forest park has been established here. In addition to the special guard of the forest, there are also some corresponding entertainment and shopping services in the park. Tourists can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the forest, take photos, ride elephants for fun or buy jewelry and jade.
