Quyang Lake

Quyang lake is a large karst plateau lake reservoir. It is located 28 kilometers northwest of Jingxi City, with a total area of 2469.9 hectares (24.699 square kilometers, or 37048.5 mu), and a total reservoir capacity of 92 million cubic meters.

The lake covers an area of 15540 mu (10.36 square kilometers, or 1036 hectares), with a length of 15 km and a maximum width of 1 km. It is the second largest artificial lake in Baise City. The water quality is excellent. There are more than ten islands of different sizes. Along the coast, there are Bashang mountain, which is more than 1000 meters above sea level, and hundreds of Ganlan villages of Zhuang nationality, which are hidden in the green trees and bamboos.

Transportation and accommodation

From the North Station of Jingxi County, take the bus to Kuiyu and get off at Quyang town. The ticket price is about 15 yuan, but the road condition is poor. After getting off the bus, you can walk dozens of meters to the lake. Back to the county, you can stop the passing bus from Kuiyu to Jingxi, and occasionally you can take the bus directly from Quyang town to Jingxi.
