An ancient tree with iron armor

The place that the east line of Taibai Mountain must pass through is commonly known as "Tiejia ancient tree". The tree is about 1000 years old, with a height of 15 meters, a chest circumference of 2.4 meters and a crown diameter of 18 meters. It has luxuriant branches and leaves and is evergreen all the year round. There are 36 branches above the main pole, which are like "thousand handed Buddha". The local mountain people respect it as "sacred tree" and sincerely worship it, burning incense and hanging red. There is an iron Temple beside the tree, offering sacrifices to the God of Taibai Mountain and the king of medicine.
