Nanshan Street
In December 2019, according to Dalian Municipal People's government's "Reply of Dalian Municipal People's Government on Approving the adjustment of administrative divisions of some streets in Pulandian district" (Dazheng [2019] No. 130), Nanshan street was merged into Taiping Street, and Nanshan street was cancelled.
Historical evolution
Nanshan street of Pulandian City was established in 2001, with Pulandian Economic Development Zone as the administrative area of Nanshan street. Nanshan sub district office and Pulandian Economic Development Zone work together, usually in the name of Pulandian economic development zone. In 2002, the office was located in Lidian, with a permanent resident population of 18500 (in 2010), covering an area of 38.64 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over three communities, namely Nanshan, didian and Nanhuang, and one administrative village, changdianpu.
In December 2019, according to the decision of the superior government, Nanshan street was abolished and Taiping Street was merged.
