Chenyi command post of Laiwu campaign is located in Shiwan village, Xinzhuang Town, Laiwu City, Shandong Province. It is 30 kilometers away from the urban area. It is a small quadrangle, which is an ordinary house with stone foundation, blank wall and small tile.

Introduction to scenic spots

Laiwu campaign was a famous campaign in Laiwu in 1947, under the command of Marshal Chen Yi, general Su Yu and Tan Zhenlin. This campaign created a glorious example of annihilating 60000 people from seven divisions in mobile warfare, and achieved great victory. The existing command post site was restored strictly according to its original appearance in 1977. The north room in the courtyard is the central part of the command post site. There are photocopies of two telegrams written by Comrade Mao Zedong about the battle of Laiwu, the battle plan and the battle map of the battle of Laiwu. The other three Westinghouse and three South rooms are the exhibition rooms of pictures of the battle of Laiwu.
