Shali River Scenic Spot

Shali River scenic area, located in Luohe City, Henan Province, is built on Shali River, with a total area of 86 square kilometers. With its unique natural conditions and geographical advantages, Shali river has met the relevant standards and requirements of Provincial Water Conservancy Scenic Spot, and has been rated as "Water Conservancy Scenic Spot of Henan Province".

In 2010, it was rated as national AAAA tourist attraction.

Development history

In June 2010, Shalihe scenic spot was rated as a national AAAA scenic spot with the approval of Henan tourism scenic spot quality rating committee.

geographical environment

Shalihe scenic area is rich in landscape elements, profound historical and cultural accumulation, and rich flavor of human life. In the scenic area, green is widely distributed along the river bank, with a vegetation coverage rate of more than 98%. There is a sightseeing Avenue and a theme park along the river. The eight theme parks along the river are the core of the scenic area, which are: morning glow of Xiwan, ode to fangfengya, ancient Hanyuan, Liquan sunset, Haopu pleasure Fu Feng Cheng Shuang, Qingxiu write autumn, Yifeng painting. It constructs a fairyland of "city in water, water in green, people in painting".

Main attractions

Shalihe Water Conservancy Scenic Spot is built on the two major water systems of Luohe City, Shahe River and Lihe River.

Shali river runs through the center of Luohe City. On the basis of widely soliciting public opinions, Luohe municipal Party committee and government have made the decision to develop Shali River and build scenic corridor, leisure corridor, cultural corridor and ecological corridor along the river. It is a comprehensive project integrating urban flood control, landscaping, drinking water source protection, cultural development, improvement of residential conditions and ecological environment management It starts from the new 107 National Road in the west, 100 meters in the west, and ends at the intersection of Shahe and Beijing Zhuhai Expressway in the East, covering an area of about 86 square kilometers.

The total investment of the project is more than 2 billion yuan. The project is implemented in three phases with a construction period of 3 to 5 years. The project was officially launched in November 2006. The main tasks of the project construction are: around the "two rivers", widely spread green, broaden the water surface, build eight theme parks and sightseeing Avenue along the river, strengthen the transformation of both sides of the river, implement the "water diversion into the city" project, build "water charm city", and realize the harmonious unity of "city, water, people, green and culture".

The eight theme parks along the river are the core of the landscape belt of Shali river. They are: Xiwan Chenxia (from national highway 107 to Shahe Bridge on Jinggangshan Road), Fangfeng Yasong (from Shahe Bridge on Jinggangshan road to Shahe Bridge on Songshan Road), langu Hanyuan (at the intersection of Shali River), Liquan Xizhao (from Lihe bridge on Songshan road to Lihe bridge on Renmin Road), Haopu Kuaiyi (from Taishan Road bridge to Jingguang railway bridge), Fufeng chengshuang (from Jingguang railway bridge) Railway bridge to Jinshan Road and bridge), Qingxiu writing autumn (Jinshan Road and bridge to Huanghe Road and bridge), Yifeng painting (Huanghe Road and bridge to Dongzhuang Shahe Bridge).

Through the eight theme parks covering Luohe River culture, shipping culture, character culture, wine culture, drama culture, farming culture, bridge culture, catering culture, folk culture, religious culture and red tourism culture, the human fairyland of "city in water, water in green, people in painting" is constructed.
