Located in the center of Dezhou City, it is adjacent to Dongfanghong road in the north and Dongfeng Road in the south. It is a public leisure area integrating culture, leisure, entertainment and sports. The scenic spot covers an area of 1200 Mu and has a water surface of 600 mu. It is composed of central square, Century Square, cultural center and new lake.

Main attractions

The central square was built in 1998; Century Square was built in 2000; in 2001, the municipal Party committee decided to return the lake to the people and the scenery to the people, and to move out the office and transform it into a worker's Cultural Palace, a library, a cinema, and an activity center for the elderly; in 2002, qingfengyuan, a sports and fitness area, and Hysen happy island were built, and the original two buildings were transformed into museums and theatres. The whole scenic spot is connected with five lakes, water surface is like a mirror, gardens are towering green, and the wind is gentle. It is the city symbol of Dezhou. The city center square is divided into leisure square, cultural square and Sports Square. Xinhu district is an open Lakeside Park, covering a total area of 28 hectares. It is divided into East Lake, middle lake, West Lake and south lake districts.
