Nanxiaojie Mosque

Nanxiaojie mosque, founded in 1993, is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, covering an area of 2.5 mu. It is a new mosque with Arabic style. The main building of the temple is a two-story building, the bottom floor is the living room, bathroom and women's temple, and the upper floor is the main hall for 600 people to worship.

Historical evolution

Nanxiaojie mosque used to be inhabited by no Hui people, but later some people from other counties came here to live. When the mosque was built, there were only eight families, buying 1 mu of land and building 3 houses. When the mosque was built, there were 2 mu of volunteer land. In 1946, more and more Muslims came to Langfang from other places to live and settle down. To protect repair, reconstruction of worship Hall 3, roof with semi simple tile; cornice four pick, equipment scale, and other ancillary buildings.

In 1988, the government funded the reconstruction of Nanxiaojie mosque. Due to the narrow foundation, the main hall of worship was built into a double-layer Arab building, which was completed in 1990.

It is a double-layer Arab building, surrounded by veranda. There is a green dome shaped sphere on the top of the mosque. The top of the sphere is decorated with crescent decorations symbolizing Islam. The ball towers alternate with each other, which is spectacular.

Main landscape

In 1990, the main hall of worship was built, with a total area of 400 square meters. The upper floor is used for worship, and the lower floor is divided into a bathroom and a dean's room. The north and South lecture halls are ordinary brick houses, with a total area of 80 square meters.

Exchange and cooperation

There are more than 800 households and more than 4000 people in the temple. Langfang Islamic Association is located in the temple.
