Jiutaigou scenic spot is located in the Kuocang mountains of Kuocang town in the west of Linhai City, Zhejiang Province, starting from the entrance of huangshitan village and at the altitude of 1200m, with a total length of 5.5km.

Composition of scenic spots

The whole ditch is divided into nine platforms: Longzhu platform, Lanxiu platform, Yibi platform, Yaoji platform, waterfall viewing platform, Zhejia platform, Chengyu platform, moon watching platform, and star picking platform. The platforms are connected with each other, with different scenery, ups and downs, and fascinating. It is a unique and quiet place with Huifeng forest cave waterfall in one area. Longzhutai

Longzhutai is located in the green mountains and green valleys near huangshitan village, which is more than 400 meters above sea level. In the long geological era, the valley bottom formed a very strange topography. The exposed rock and its color, shape, Huang runjing bright, ups and downs. Clear streams, round boulders, falling waterfalls and deep green pools constitute a colorful natural beauty. There are five turtles playing in the water, huangshitan waterfall, jushitan Park and so on.

Every spring, swallows return to the south, nest under the eaves, habitat, is also very spectacular, it is also known as "bird's nest rock.".

Yibitai

The pure water of Jiutai ravine, with three bends and nine turns, goes through the mountains and hits the rocks. When it comes to the cliff, it turns over the cliff and forms an emerald green pool. This is Dishuiyan waterfall. At the upper end of the pool, there is a water diversion channel of chekouxi I hydropower station from chenche to huangjialiao. Through this water stack, you can reach the yangtiandou waterfall with a drop of more than 100 meters. You can also go to the central pit to enjoy the Rhododendron forest with pink and white flowers. It was found that the largest Rhododendron yunjinense in jiutaigou was 40 cm in diameter at breast height, and its estimated age was more than 100 years.

Kiln abutment

Once upon a time, people in the mountains made a living by burning charcoal. Because the terrain here is relatively flat and open, it is easy to build kilns, so it has become the kiln base for ancestors to burn charcoal. Beside, the brook murmurs, the pool water is clear, the Danya cliff stands on the wall, the breeze is gentle, very shady and cool. In the distance, you can also see the bamboo sea. Looking up, you can see the couple stone on the hill in the distance.

Fengwei waterfall

It is not only the middle point of nine trench, but also the most excellent place of nine trench. Seven waterfalls, flying down the valley with steep steps, form a group of beautiful and dangerous waterfalls, with a total drop of about 200 meters. On both sides of the mountain, there are steep cliffs, heavy mountains and emerald, clouds and mist flying in, like hidden or visible, with the beauty of Huangshan.

Picking Guitai

On the rugged hillside, there is a natural stone gate, which is as beautiful as a knife and axe. In front of us, there are cliffs, steep cliffs, steep peaks, deep valleys, waterfalls and streams, which are magnificent, dangerous and ingenious. Chengyutai

Here, is a typical embedded granite landforms, Qifeng ring, steep cliffs, waterfalls, strange deep. Tianmen waterfall, water from the sky, such as white practice in the sky, silver splash, stone peak, human form Bizhen, wonderful workmanship. Due to the unique environment, it has formed a unique microclimate environment. There are also some rare animals and plants, such as giant salamander, Rhododendron Yunjin, Magnolia grandiflora, Pinus taiwanensis and so on.

Leaky platform

The Mesozoic volcanic eruption in the Pacific Rim volcanic belt left behind these hard and protruding rocks.
