Ruian Bund

Ruian Bund is located in the North Bank of Feiyun River, the third largest river in Zhejiang Province, facing the south. It is a comprehensive project integrating flood control, urban roads, old city reconstruction and new area development, with a total development area of 250000 square meters.

About the Bund

The river is long and East, the sun is shining and bright, the spirit is clear and fresh, and the plants are thriving Zhong lingyuxiu's natural landscape and majestic architectural design constitute the ecological and humanistic environment of "the most beautiful street view buildings, the most beautiful overall environment, the most comfortable commercial and residential space, and the most complete supporting facilities" in Ruian Bund.

Construction process

first phase of a project

Construction time: from 1996 to 2002, it starts from Pukou river bank of Shangbu in the East and ends at the river bank of intersection of Changchun in the west, with a length of 1500 meters. It is widened to Feiyun River with an average of 98 meters and a development area of 220000 square meters. It is one of the ten key projects for the people during the Ninth Five Year Plan period determined by the 11th People's Congress of Ruian City.

Phase II project

Construction time: from 2001 to 2004, the second phase of the project followed by the west side of the first phase of the project and extended to the South Gate automobile ferry, with a length of 800 meters, an area of 145000 square meters, a construction area of 260000 square meters, and an investment of more than 900 million yuan.
