Shigongguan is located in the cliff of the northern slope of Meishan mountain in Changming village, Guanhaiwei town. About 500 meters east from wuleixia Temple along Mingdong Road, there is an uphill stone terrace on the left side of the road. There is a stone tablet of shigongguan in the grass on the left side of the stone terrace. You can go up along this road to shigongguan.

After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, Chiang Kai Shek tore off the mask of peace talks and launched a large-scale military attack on all the liberated areas and revolutionary bases in the country. In order to carry out the strategic plan of the Party Central Committee from defense to counterattack, in 1945, the eastern Zhejiang guerrilla column was ordered to withdraw from the north, the Kuomintang reactionaries took advantage of the situation and white terror once again enveloped the three north land. In the face of the armed guerrilla struggle and mass struggle led by the working committee of CiZhen County of the Communist Party of China, the Kuomintang reactionaries launched a crazy political and military campaign against the three north areas, and at that time, there were a great number of sentries. In order to smash the enemy's suppression plan, the CiZhen County Working Committee of the Communist Party of China, with the cooperation of MI Xin Guan, an underground member of mijiadai, found a natural stone cave on the north slope of Meishan mountain. Taking advantage of the cave's advantages of concealment, evacuation and easy communication, it became the secret office of the CiZhen County Working Committee of the Communist Party of China. Many important meetings were held here. Comrade Xue Ju, head of the Organization Department of the Siming Secret Service Commission, also went to the cave to convey the instructions of the party organization at a higher level. The leaders of CiZhen County Working Committee lived here for the revolution and optimistically called the cave "stone mansion". From the winter of 1947 to the eve of the national liberation, the CiZhen County Working Committee of the Communist Party of China led the party organizations and revolutionary masses in the "shigongguan" to carry out the anti suppression struggle, smashed the plot of Kuomintang reactionaries to strangle the revolutionary forces in CiZhen area, developed and strengthened the revolutionary forces, and made a positive contribution to the strategic counter attack of the national liberation war Contribution. The entrance of the cave faces northwest. The cave is 2.3 meters high, 3.5 meters deep and 1.9 meters wide at the bottom. The "stone mansion" is a historical witness of the armed struggle led by the party in the war of liberation. In May 1985, Cixi County People's Government renovated the surrounding environment of "shigongguan", built a 1-meter-wide and 350 meter long stepped stone path, and set up steel tube guardrails at dangerous rock cliffs. In the same year, Zhang Sen, a contemporary Chinese calligrapher, inscribed the title of "shigongguan" with stone inscription on the left wall of the cave: "in the winter of 1947, in order to promote the people's guerrilla war under the white terror of the Kuomintang reactionaries, the working committee of CiZhen County of the Communist Party of China found this cave in the boulders on the north slope of Meishan mountain as the secret residence of the working committee, which was called" shigongguan ". Meishan is located in the center of CiZhen Town, with dense pines and bamboos and few people. It is not only convenient for communication, but also suitable for concealment. Many important meetings of the working committee were held here. The revolutionaries lived in the mountains and fields, cherished the world, relied on the masses, persisted in the struggle for more than a year, smashed the enemy's political and military campaigns many times, developed and expanded the people's strength, and wrote a glorious chapter in the history of the people's liberation struggle in CiZhen. " In 1986, Cixi County People's government announced the "stone mansion" as the second batch of cultural relics protection units.
