Zhaohuimeng platform of ancient Qin Dynasty is located 1 km southwest of Mianchi County, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, on the platform where mianshui and Yanghe converge, less than 10 km away from the headquarters of Yimei group, and at the gate of a military camp of the people's Liberation Army in Mianchi. Historical allusions

According to the biography of Lian Po and Lin Xiangru in historical records, during the reign of King Zhaoxiang of Qin (282-280 BC), the state of Qin attacked Zhao three times, but Zhao failed and did not yield. In order to conquer Zhao, Qin began to struggle in politics and diplomacy. In 279 BC, King Zhaoxiang of Qin sent someone to tell King Huiwen of Zhao that in order to make peace between the two countries, the two sides could form an alliance in Mianchi. Accompanying the king of Zhao was Lin Xiangru, a senior official of the state of Zhao. When the king of Qin and the king of Zhao had a drink, he threatened the king of Zhao with a drum and made the Historiographer record it in the history of Qin, which made the king of Zhao feel very embarrassed. At this time, Lin Xiangru solemnly asked the king of Qin to attack fou, and also ordered the historian of Zhao state to record it in the history of Zhao. The officials of the state of Qin refused to accept the order and threatened Zhao to cut 15 cities to celebrate the king's birthday. Lin Xiangru also forced Xianyang, the cutting capital of the state of Qin, to celebrate the king's birthday. Repair of past dynasties

In the long history, huimengtai has experienced many vicissitudes, and has been repaired and rebuilt continuously. In the 24th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1596 AD), the capital of the magistrate Wang was built on the platform and then destroyed by war; in the 13th year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1808 AD), the stele pavilion was rebuilt and then damaged.

In 1941, Wei Lihuang and Zhang Shizhao, the commander of the first war zone of the Kuomintang, advocated the restoration of the military instruments, which was presided over by Guo Changjin, the military medical supervisor of the army, and spent four years on the establishment of the army rest home. The platform is trapezoidal in shape, with stone steps on all sides, and a stele tower on the top. It is 2 meters high and 38 cm wide on each side. Six characters of "ancient Qin Zhao alliance platform" written by Kou Ya of Pucheng are engraved on the east side. The other three sides are engraved with a poem of "Tang duoling · Jinglin" written by Zhang Shizhao himself, and the records of rebuilding Qin Zhao alliance platform and rebuilding Qin Dynasty platform written by Wei Lihuang and Guo Changjin The story of Zhao Huimeng. During the "Cultural Revolution", the alliance platform was destroyed, and the foundation stone and four steps of the platform were all demolished. Only the stele tower on the top of the platform was preserved.

The existing Huimeng platform was rebuilt by the people's Government of Mianchi County in 1985 on the basis of the original relics. The height from the ground level to the top of the pavilion is 22 meters, of which the height of the platform is 14 meters. 52 steps were built on both sides. The pavilion on the stage is 8 meters high and is an antique building with double octagonal cornice and pointed roof. A square tablet is erected in the center of the pavilion. On the west side is the inscription of "rebuilding the ancient Qin Zhaotai tablet". On the East, South and north sides are the inscriptions of famous Chinese Calligraphers Shu Tong, Chu Tunan and Xiao Lao. The construction of Huimeng platform made the ancient platform reappear its splendor.
