According to the records of "rebuilding Shanyang County annals", the temple was rebuilt by Cao Yudui in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty (1573-1620) and rebuilt by Xu Shu in Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty (1662-1722). Hanhou ancestral hall was originally built with main hall, middle hall, front hall and some other ancillary buildings.
