Bavaria Manor

Located in Yuancheng District, Heyuan City, China, the manor occupies 10 square kilometers of mountainous area (nearly 2 square kilometers of water area). Heyuan Baden new City Investment Co., Ltd. has invested 10 billion yuan to build the manor. It is an innovative cultural and tourism demonstration project of "helping Heyuan to make blood and gardening in Guangdong and Hong Kong".

We take "health preservation, meditation, and living in the aged" as the concept, and create "Internet plus joy and residence + flower sea farm + sports education + health three raise" holiday paradise.

On May 14, 2019, Bavaria manor was designated as a national tourist resort by the Ministry of culture and tourism.

Project brief

The manor covers an area of 10 square kilometers, and the water area is nearly 2 square kilometers. It is a natural oxygen bar with forest and water and pleasant climate. According to the overall planning idea of "four mountains, two rivers, one farmland, three living in new Manor", we plan to build a national tourist resort with six industries, namely, leisure tourism and vacation, ecological experience agriculture, culture and sports education, life gene testing, health care and elderly care, and living in new manor. It is planned to build eight theme hotels, eight tourism experience parks, six theme tourist towns and seven medical and nursing supporting projects.

Bavaria manor is located in Yuancheng District of Heyuan City, 500 meters away from the intersection of Puqian expressway. It is only 2 hours' drive away from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Free buses for the direct projects of Shenzhen central bookstore and Nanshan bookstore will be opened on weekends. After the opening of Jiangxi Shenzhen high-speed railway and Hangzhou Guangzhou high-speed railway, it will reach Guangzhou Shenzhen within 30 minutes.
