International Trade mall

The predecessor of the international trade mall is the international trade mall opened in August 1990. It is the first comprehensive shopping center in Beijing to introduce brand stores and engage in retail business. After expansion and reconstruction in 1997, it was officially renamed "international trade mall" in May 2000. In 2010, the third phase of the international trade mall opened, with a total construction area of 100000 square meters and a business area of 50000 square meters, accommodating nearly 300 tenants.

Mall building

Benoy, the world's top commercial space design company, is responsible for the architectural design of the third phase of the international trade mall. The indoor floor is up to 4 meters high, inheriting the original modern style of the mall. The wide circulation channel is elegant and smooth, and integrates with the first and second phases of the mall. At the same time, it connects the main buildings of the first, second and third phases of the international trade center and the Kerry Center in the north, becoming the most magnificent architectural group in the CBD.
