San rang Pavilion

Sanrang Pavilion is located on the East Bank of Yunlong Lake and the West foot of Yunlong Lake in Xuzhou, about 100 meters above Liu Beiquan. The pavilion body is an equilateral triangle, the triangular Pavilion cover is supported by three Pavilion columns, and the cornices and brackets are unique. A wooden plaque was hung under the eaves of the pavilion, with three characters "San rang Ting" written on it.

history

According to literature records: in 191 ad, Tao Qian, a native of Danyang County, was a herdsman in Xuzhou in the second year of the Eastern Han Dynasty. At that time, there were many military disasters and the people were in dire straits. In order to protect the people of Xuzhou from being burned, Liu Bei was invited to be a herdsman of Xuzhou three times, but he refused.

In the fourth year of Ping Dynasty in the early Han Dynasty, Tao Qian died at the age of 63. Liu Bei formally took over the post of Xu Zhou mu, and later established the Shu Han regime with the assistance of Zhuge Kongming.

connotation

In memory of Tao Qian's style of letting the virtuous and his noble demeanor of protecting his homeland and loving the people like a son. Learning from Liu Bei's virtue of modesty, prudence and no salary, people now build "three let Pavilion" at the West foot of Yunlong.
