Heping Grand Theater, the first brand of Errenzhuan in Northeast China, is the first private Errenzhuan troupe of considerable scale in the history of Errenzhuan in Northeast China. Founded in 1997 by Mr. Xu Kaiquan, the leader of the Northeast Er Ren Zhuan, it has been growing for more than ten years. Now it has five professional performance theaters, more than 100 contracted actors, and its performance network covers medium-sized cities in China. It receives nearly one million audience friends from home and abroad every year. It is a key tourism promotion unit in Changchun.

Changchun Heping Grand Theater has played a connecting role in the rise and development of northeast Errenzhuan. For the first time, it has put northeast Errenzhuan on CCTV screen; for the first time, it has taken northeast Errenzhuan out of the province and across the country; for the first time, it has participated in international cultural exchanges and cooperation, such as Sino French cultural year and other activities

Changchun Heping Grand Theater is the cradle of the Northeast Errenzhuan stars, and cultivates many stars. Such as Yu Xiaofei, Zhai Bo, Wei San, sun Xiaobao and so on. What's more gratifying is that more and more young stars represented by Jiang Xiaodong and Li Maomao are growing up

In order to make Errenzhuan a wonderful flower of folk art, Heping Grand Theater established the first Chinese private Errenzhuan secondary art school, Heping Grand Theater Art secondary vocational school. The school widely employs famous teachers, and is committed to cultivating successors of the Northeast Errenzhuan in the new era, new image, new style and new connotation. At present, there are more than 300 students in the school.

After more than ten years of inheritance and development, Changchun Heping Grand Theater has created the original Errenzhuan with "natural color, characteristics and green", established a communication platform for folk art to play with urban entertainment, and offered a harmonious cultural feast of humor, humor, farce and novelty to the audience. It has become the true successor of the essence of northeast Errenzhuan, and continues to carry it forward. It has formed its unique new performance style of speaking, singing, dressing up, dancing and being loved by the audience all over the country. It has become a banner leading the direction of northeast Errenzhuan performance art and the most beautiful landscape of northeast culture and entertainment industry

As a national second-class performer, he had an indissoluble bond with the Northeast Errenzhuan all his life and made great contributions to the brilliance of the Northeast Errenzhuan,

He is the great hero behind the scenes of the Northeast Errenzhuan, which has been popular all over the country. It's him, in the Northeast where theater culture is declining,

It has raised the backbone of the Northeast Errenzhuan iron, opened up a happy territory, and created a miracle in the history of contemporary northeast cultural development.

Many popular Errenzhuan stars have grown up on the iron shoulder of this giant.

Because of his contribution to the development of northeast Errenzhuan, he has been reported by CCTV, local TV stations and major newspapers, and has become the standard bearer and leading figure of northeast Errenzhuan.

In 2003, he won the special contribution award of Errenzhuan of Provincial Department of culture, and in 2004, he won the medal of China's enthusiasm for public welfare.

He was awarded "China's most influential entrepreneur" in 2005.
