Qinmin building

Qinmin building was the place where the Japanese imperialists directly controlled Puyi, north of Jixi building in the imperial palace of Manchukuo.

Introduction to scenic spots

In the north of the imperial palace of Manchukuo. It is a two-story square circle building, with a square patio in the middle, the north and South gates connected, and Chengguang gate in the south. The name of the building is derived from the meaning of "respect the heaven, obey the ancestors, work hard and love the people" in Zuxun. The south room on the east side of Chengguang gate was the office of an Zhi in Jigang, which was directly controlled by Japanese imperialists. On the second floor, the southeast is the main hall, that is, the hall of diligent people, the southwest is the xipiandian, the west is jianxingzhai, and the north is the ancestral hall. The hall of diligent people is a place for "climbing the pole" and receiving foreign envoys. On the morning of March 1, 1934, Puyi appeared in the "Dragon Robe" and worshipped the heaven in the "Temple of heaven" of Xinghua village in the southern suburbs. After returning to the Qinmin building, he dressed as marshal Yida and performed the "pole climbing ceremony". In 1932, Puyi met with the investigation team of the League of nations. On September 15, 1933, he signed the agreement on selling the sovereignty of Northeast China. The xipian hall is the place where Puyi has a rest and informal interview with Manchurian officials and foreign envoys; jianxingzhai is the place where he works and holds the "pre imperial meeting"; the ancestral hall worships the ancestral shrine of the Qing Dynasty, and Puyi is accompanied by court students to burn incense and offer a confession every new year, birth and death.
