Yan Fengying's art career exhibition room is located in the West veranda of the backyard of the Confucian temple in Tongcheng city. The exhibition is divided into five parts, with the theme of Huangmei Opera shaping Yan Fengying and Yan Fengying developing Huangmei Opera. Yan Fengying

Yan Fengying (1930-1968) was born in Luoling Town, Tongcheng City (now Yixiu District, Anqing City). He sang from a young cattle herder, worshipped the old artist Yan Yungao as his teacher, and wandered to sell his art. In 1953, she was transferred to Huangmei Opera Troupe and entered the art arena of Huangmei Opera. He has been in Huangmei Opera Troupe for 15 years, and has starred in more than 50 plays, among which Tianxianpei, nvfuma and Niulang Zhinv have been made into films. She has created many vivid artistic images, making Huangmei Opera one of the five major operas in the country and climbing to the brilliant artistic peak. Mao Zedong, Zhu De, Zhou Enlai, Chen Yi and other leaders of the older generation of the party and state all spoke highly of Yan Fengying. Chairman Mao said after watching "beating the Golden branch": "Yan Fengying is an excellent actress. Her seven fairies have become a well-known story all over the country."
