Huangge ancient road, located in Chongqing, is the most famous ancient road in Chongqing with a history of 800 years.

Huangge ancient road, once a must pass for merchants in Sichuan and Guizhou, is known as the "Silk Road" of Chongqing. The ancient road began in the Tang Dynasty and reached its peak in the song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is one of the 12 scenic spots in Bayu.

Until the mid-1970s, this ancient road was still an important traffic road. In the late 1980s, it was no longer a busy way for people to make a living here. After several years of short silence, this ancient road has once again ushered in a prosperous popularity. The ancient road with towering trees has attracted many middle-aged and elderly people to come to fitness.
