The square has 4 floors underground and 61 floors above ground. The main building is 280 meters long. It was completed and capped on July 15, 2011. Qianxi Plaza is a comprehensive urban service facility integrating commerce, office, hotel, conference, leisure, exhibition, tourism and other functions. In 2011, Qianxi Plaza, a 280 meter high skyscraper business cluster, rose in the dual core CBD of Zhengdong with the highest attitude in Central China, once again setting a new height in Zhengzhou.

Qianxi square, located in the CBD Central Park of Zhengdong New District, adjacent to exhibition center and Art Center, is the landmark of CBD in Zhengdong New District. Henan Greenland Zhongyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Greenland Group, invested 2.2 billion yuan for development and construction. Its main building is 280 high tower building, which is the tallest building in the Central Plains. Main landscape

Qianxi square in Greenland center, as "the highest building in the Central Plains", covers an area of 29181.7 square meters, with a total construction area of 250000 square meters. The main tower has four floors underground and 61 floors above ground (including sightseeing floor). The main tower includes the office area of "global intelligent business platform", a five-star hotel operated and managed by Marriott, a sightseeing hall with panoramic view of Zhengzhou and the surging Yellow River on the top floor, and a unique lobby connected with Ruyi lake on the bottom. It has the functions of both sightseeing and leisure catering, meeting the needs of citizens for sightseeing and leisure It has the function of tourism and leisure catering. Besides the Convention and Exhibition Hotel, a wharf will be built so that tourists can visit the hotel by yacht.

Each part of Qianxi square in Greenland center is symmetrical and balanced, showing double height in the reflection of the lake water, which not only integrates into the surrounding environment, but also shows a tall and straight posture. In terms of structure, curtain wall and other facilities, green, energy-saving and recyclable architectural design is adopted. The design inspiration comes from "Songyue temple tower".

Songyue Temple Pagoda is the oldest existing brick Pagoda in China, with a history of 1400 years. It is the symbol and pride of Henan and Zhengzhou. As the landmark of the Central Plains and the business card of Zhengzhou City, the architectural design of the Exhibition Hotel fully integrates the profound cultural origin of the Central Plains. The curve of the main building coincides with the "Songyue Temple Pagoda", and the plane layout of the building is similar to that of the ancient pagoda, which makes the design unique and symbolic.

Design inspiration

As the "skyscraper business nucleus", the ground part of "Millennium Plaza" has 60 floors: 1-3 floors are international famous commercial buildings, 5-35 floors are international 5A grade A office buildings, 38-56 floors are Marriott super five-star hotels, 58 floors are the highest air sightseeing floor in Central Plains, and 59 floors are the top private clubs in Central Plains.

The design of the square is inspired by the most ancient brick Pagoda in China, Songyue Temple Pagoda in Songshan Mountain, Henan Province. It also integrates the beautiful implication of bamboo in traditional Chinese culture, hoping to reflect the vitality and spirit of Zhengdong New District.

It is understood that the main designer of "Qianxi Plaza" is som architectural design firm in the United States, which has designed the 828 meter world's tallest building "Dubai caliphate", 541 meter freedom building in the United States, 420 meter Shanghai Jinmao Building and other world famous high-rise buildings.

Social evaluation

On the evening of May 28, 2014, in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, standing at the top of the high-rise building at the intersection of Jinshui road and Tongtai Road, Zhengzhou Convention and Exhibition Hotel stands like a huge golden "corn cob" in the CBD center of Zhengdong New Area, becoming a beautiful scenery. The building is affectionately called "big corn" by local people because it looks like corn cob.
