It is one of the four major theme buildings in Shenyang World Horticultural Exposition. The tower is 125 meters high and is the largest sculpture building in the world. It looks like a blooming lily, implying the prosperity and harmonious development of all industries in Shenyang. It is the highest point of the whole garden. You can have a bird's-eye view of the whole garden by climbing two viewing platforms at 95 meters and 100 meters.

Shenyang Lily tower, covering an area of 500 square meters and 120.5 meters high, is equivalent to a 35 story high building. More than 100 meters above the tower, a two-story viewing platform is being built for visitors to climb the tower and overlook. The sightseeing floor on the top of the two-story tower covers an area of about 400 square meters and can accommodate up to 200 people. Its high-speed enclosed elevator, which runs 2.5 meters per second, allows visitors to reach the top of the tower in only 40 seconds. The light green glass curtain wall and silver gray stainless steel plate drag skirt of the tower body are also in line with the color of plant stems and leaves.

There is only one elevator in the lily tower. There is an electronic display screen above the door of the elevator hall, which can display the height of the tourists in the elevator and the rising time of the elevator at any time. The lift has a capacity of 1 ton and can accommodate up to 13 visitors at a time. The 125 meter Lily tower is almost the same height as a 43 story building, and the elevator takes only 43 seconds to rise from the first floor to the top of the tower.

From the ground to the height of 70 meters, the lily tower is a regular elliptical cylinder. From 70 meters to the top of 120 meters, the steel structure is gradually "cantilevered". Each section of the tower has to be extended outwards, and two sightseeing platforms are built at 95 meters and 100 meters respectively. The total steel consumption of the lily tower is more than 800 tons, most of which is used in the "cantilever" part of the tower top. Visitors need to enter the tower from the two-story basement and take the high-speed elevator of 2.5 meters per second. In order to facilitate the disabled to reach the high-speed elevator entrance, Lily tower specially installed an elevator with only 5 meters of lift interval for the disabled. In addition, visitors can also walk up the stairs to the lily tower sightseeing platform.
