Production steps:

Step 4: put a layer of oil on the steamed fish plate and sprinkle some ginger on it.

Step 5: put the marinated fish head on the plate and add the steamed fish sauce.

Step 6: wrap the fish head plate with plastic wrap and steam it in the pan. Because today's fish head is bigger, it's steamed for about 20 minutes. Wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent water from getting into the plate

Step 7: take out the fish and sprinkle with scallions.

Step 8: heat the oil in a pan (mix cooking oil with sesame oil).

Step 9: pour the hot oil on the fish head sprinkled with scallion, and the delicious fish head with chopped pepper is ready.

Homemade minced chili sauce with millet pepper: appropriate amount

Yellow rice wine: right amount

Steamed fish and soy sauce (you can do without it): appropriate amount

Sesame oil: right amount

Note: fish head must be washed clean, to net impurities, otherwise it will be very fishy. When steaming fish head, wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent water from entering the plate.
