Location: between the library of East Campus of Sichuan University of foreign languages and Hongwen building.

Name origin:

The moon square echoes the Sun Square in front of Peiying building in the East Campus of Sichuan Foreign Studies University. The square is the only way for teachers and students to go between dormitory, business street, canteen and other service areas.

The moon square is full of flowers and birds in the daytime and dim lights at night. Beside it are verdant and shady trees. On the left is the Gothic Library of the East Campus (Library of Sichuan Foreign Studies University) and on the right is the towering Hongwen building.
