Brief introduction of the park

With a total investment of 17 million yuan, the park covers an area of 20000 square meters and a construction area of 2180 square meters. Now, five bear ponds have been built, including "little bear garden" and "adult bear garden", with more than 380 black bears, brown bears and Malay bears.

Historical evolution

Founded in April 1993, the international bear herbarium was established in 1995 to gather all kinds of bears in the world for comparative study and public appreciation. Since 1996, the specially domesticated bears have been released to nature (Nature Reserve) every year to increase the number of wild bears.

Its establishment marks a new step in China's wildlife protection, especially the protection of bears. It plays a very important role in the protection of wildlife resources, the balance of natural ecology, and the good change of natural environment.
