It has a stout body and feeds on the tender buds of coniferous trees such as spruce and fir, as well as pines and bamboo shoots. In order to develop tourism, the scenic area uses artificial feeding to attract monkeys down the mountain. The monkey watching area of the park is located in the middle of the mountain with an altitude of about 3000 meters. You can take the scenic spot environmental protection sightseeing bus at the entrance of the park to the monkey watching area directly. 9:00-9:30 every morning is the best time for the Rangers to feed and watch the monkeys.
