Cormorant pool

Cormorant pool is the first scenic spot to enter the Grand Canyon in Western Zhejiang. This is the place where cormorants used to live in the past, with wangqingtan on the west side of Shantian bridge as the main scene. Qingyu hill near the lake is eroded by the current, which is full of holes. There is a white Pavilion leaning on the green pillow on the top of the hill. Along the top of the hill, it goes down to the cormorant Bay, where there are some scenes such as crouching cormorant stone, calling cormorant Pavilion and feibai cave. On the other side of the river, there are BAISHIYAN and SHIZIKOU, which are known as "gold lettered signboards" in the mountains. You can take a bamboo raft down the river at woluoshi and cross the Shantian bridge to browse the traditional fragrant powder pestles used by local mountain people. An ancient tomb has recently been found 500 meters to the west of qingyugang. According to research, it is a memorial tomb built by the local Liu clan for Liu Bowen.

Self service tour route

1) Starting from Hangzhou: take a bus or taxi from Hangzhou to Gudang or Hangzhou West Bus Station (No. 112 Xixi Road) and take k598 to Lin'an West bus station. The fare is 10 yuan, about 40 minutes; transfer to the bus from Lin'an to Changbei direction (Daoshi, Shangxi, Xinqiao, etc.) and the bus leaves at 6:30 or 12 o'clock every day. Tourists can get off at Taipingqiao Town, the seat of Grand Canyon town government, and the ticket price is 10 yuan. Changhua is closer to the Grand Canyon than Lin'an. You can also take a bus from Hangzhou to Changhua at Hangzhou West bus station, and then take CMB at Changhua west station to Taipingqiao town. Take a taxi in Changhua, about 30 yuan.

2) Shanghai departure: about 3.5 hours from Shanghai to Lin'an. The old North Station of Gongxing road in Shanghai has a bus directly to Lin'an or Changhua. The bus to Lin'an is 2:10 p.m. and the bus to Changhua is 4:10 p.m. Shanghai South Railway Station coach station 9:55 and 15:05 to Lin'an. Shanghai long distance bus terminal at 9:10 there is also a direct bus to Lin'an. At 6:40 in Lin'an, there is a car directly to the gate tower of the Grand Canyon.

3) Starting from Wuxi, Changzhou and Nanjing, it takes about 5 hours to go west from Wuxi to Xi'an expressway, Yixing to Lin'an.

Self driving

1) Starting from Hangzhou: drive along provincial highway 02 to Huangshan, Anhui Province, pass Lin'an and Changhua, and turn right to Longgang for about 3 km, which is the gate tower of the Grand Canyon. 2) starting from Shanghai: take humin Road, then drive through Xinzhuang to Huhang expressway, and leave the exit in Hangzhou (North) to enter the suburbs of Hangzhou. The journey is about 2 hours. Then take Hang Yu first-class highway for about 3.5 minutes to Lin'an County, and take another 45 minutes to Changhua town. Then take hang Hui highway about 10 kilometers west to Longgang Town, and turn right for 2 kilometers to the gate tower of the Grand Canyon in Western Zhejiang.

Traffic in the scenic area

The Grand Canyon's main reception point is located at the entrance gate. Visitors to the gate tower, and then take the scenic bus (ticket 12 yuan) into the depths of the canyon to visit various scenic spots. Each scenic spot has a parking lot. You can get off to visit, and then take a bus to the next scenic spot.
