The park covers an area of 38.34 hectares, with a water area of 13.32 hectares. It has square, pavilion, corridor, platform and other facilities. The park has elegant environment, green trees, clear water and blue sky, beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery, which is called "xincui Lake" by tourists. Chenggong New District is the largest park in the new district. Every evening, residents of the New District walk and dance here. The old people often come to Luolong park to sing and exercise. In summer, the water lily in the pond blooms during the day, but hides shyly at night, which has a unique flavor.

Luolong park is located next to Shilong overpass on xinkunluo road. It is the first large-scale modern garden, leisure and landscape park in Chenggong New Area. With a total investment of 140 million yuan, it covers an area of 38.34 hectares and a water area of 13.32 hectares. It has square, pavilion, corridor, platform and other facilities. The park has elegant environment, green trees, clear water and blue sky, beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery, which is called "xincui Lake" by tourists. The planning and construction of the park takes water as the main line, makes full use of the water source of Luolong River and the characteristics of low-lying terrain, and builds a water lake with rippling blue waves and fish swimming slowly; the Park focuses on the artificial mountain greening landscape, forming the park characteristics of echoing with the landscape of zhangguanshan Forest Park in the north and blending with the landscape. The whole park covers an area of 38.3 hectares, including 13.32 hectares of water surface. The total investment of the project is planned to be 140 million yuan.

Construction overview

The construction of the park started in December 2006. Through the efforts of builders for more than a year, by the first half of 2008, a total of 400000 cubic meters of earth has been excavated and filled. In the park, 17447 square meters of roads have been built, 12887 meters of pipelines have been laid, and five functional squares have been built: Taiyang square with landscape as the theme; lantern square with folk cultural activities as the theme; garden square with stone landscape greening ecology as the theme Longzhu square, memorial square with the theme of remembering the history of Anti Japanese War, lakeside square with the theme of lakeside ecology and hydrophilic activities, with a total area of 13300 square meters. In addition, 980m ecological dyke of Luolong river has been reconstructed in the park. Five bridges have been built along the river, including three Landscape Arch Bridges and two eastbound flat bridges.
